Shipping Policy:

• We process and dispatch orders on the same or next day, with products ready for shipping within a day.
• Orders are shipped through private couriers and, in special cases, via public couriers.
• For partial COD orders, private couriers are used exclusively.
• We require an additional non-refundable advance of ₹100 for COD orders to prevent fraudulent requests. This amount is forfeited if the customer refuses delivery.
• We do not ship COD orders to the same address again if previously denied.

Exchange and Return Policy:

• We do not accept returns or exchanges on any orders.
• Customers are encouraged to thoroughly review their purchases before confirming orders.
